On business days I respond within 24 hours (often the same evening), Care Plus clients within 12 hours. For real emergencies (site down, hacked), I get back to you as fast as possible — including weekends.
Do you need my WordPress login?+
Yes, I'll typically need WordPress admin access and sometimes FTP/hosting access. I use secure methods to receive credentials and recommend changing passwords afterward.
What if you can't fix the issue?+
Then you don't pay. You're only ever billed after the work is done — if I can't solve your problem, I don't charge you, and I'll recommend next steps.
